Measures behavioural activation and avoidance as process variables in the treatment of depression. Activation reflects engaging in life activities despite mood; avoidance/rumination reflects withdrawing from activities and ruminating as a mood-management strategy. Sensitive to treatment change in Behavioural Activation therapy.
