This scale measures how much a customer feels empowered, confident, and capable as a result of a particular company. Septianto et al. (2023) used it in Study 2 and a Study 3 pretest of their research on social media advertising and female consumer empowerment, creating the scale by drawing key words from existing empowerment-advertising measures.
7-point scale (1=not at all, 7=very much)

Alphas were .93 (Study 2) and .97 (Study 3 pretest) (Septianto et al. 2023, pp. 696, 698). Validity was not separately discussed. The scale stem was not stated explicitly and is inferred from the article's description ('The company made me feel...').
