What it measures

This scale measures how positive a consumer's impressions and intentions are toward a product immediately after receiving a recommendation from a consultant or advisor. D'Angelo and Valsesia (2023) used it in two studies, involving artwork and cookies, to test how combinatory recommendations shape post-recommendation product attitudes.
