Usage notes & scoring
Slight modification of Ping's (1993) attractiveness scale. Alphas .94 (Bansal et al. 2004) and .92 (Bansal et al. 2005). Several items appear truncated in extraction—verify full wording against original article. Blanks should be replaced with the service provider type.
