Usage notes & scoring

Adapted from Meyer and Allen's (1997) workplace commitment scale for service provider contexts. Alphas .80 (Bansal et al. 2004) and .82 (Bansal et al. 2005). All three items are reverse-scored. Blanks should be replaced with the service provider name.
