Developed by Newell and Goldsmith (2001) through five studies; alpha .85 (Sinclair and Irani 2005). Item 4 is reverse-scored. Designed as one of two subscales of corporate credibility alongside trustworthiness. Blanks should be replaced with the company or organisation name.
