What it measures

A brief measure of psychological flourishing capturing human strengths, social relationships, purpose, and optimism. Conceptually grounded in eudaimonic wellbeing theory. Designed as a complement to the SWLS (hedonic wellbeing) and SPANE (affect balance) to form a comprehensive wellbeing battery.

Likert (1–7, strongly disagree to strongly agree); total 8–56
