Grosso et al. (2020) selected three of six items from a measure by Premazzi et al. (2010), choosing the three considered least sensitive; used in the same large, 14-country study as several related scales on this site. Reliability was good (α = .849). CFA supported validity, with an AVE of .654. This is a companion to four other scales from the same paper already on this site (Trust in the Personnel, Trust in the Retailer, and the two Privacy Concerns scales). Translated versions were used for non-English-speaking participants.
