What it measures

Three seven-point Likert-type items capture a consumer's tendency to shop for the stimulation and adventure it provides. Items assess whether shopping feels like an adventure, is personally stimulating, and creates an immersive experiential state. The scale is one of six hedonic shopping motivation dimensions developed through a multi-stage qualitative and quantitative research process.
