A three-item scale measuring a consumer's willingness and intention to enrol in, join, and receive communications from a specific programme or community. Items contain a blank for the programme or community name and span formal enrolment, membership joining, and email subscription intentions. Developed for research on health-related peer support programmes for stigmatised consumers, the scale is broadly applicable to any research context involving programme uptake, community membership, or service subscription intentions.
