Operationalises Keyes' dual continuum model — the idea that mental health (flourishing vs. languishing) is conceptually distinct from mental illness. Three components cover hedonic wellbeing, social wellbeing, and eudaimonic psychological functioning. Enables categorisation into flourishing, languishing, or moderate mental health.
