Positive Experiences at Work Scale

What it measures

Measures positive psychological experiences in work settings across five dimensions derived from Warr's Vitamin Model of occupational wellbeing. Captures the features of jobs and work environments that are associated with positive mental health and flourishing at work.

Response format

Likert (1–5, not at all to very much); subscale scores

Usage notes & scoring

Five subscale scores are the primary output. Grounded in Warr's Vitamin Model — environmental features that are necessary for wellbeing but can have non-linear effects at extremes. Useful in occupational health intervention research and job design studies.
