This five-item scale measures how much a person currently feels part of a settled community of residents and takes on its point of view. Nie et al. (2022) developed it and used it in Study 4, with 612 MTurk participants, in research on how global-local identity shapes preference for access-based consumption.
7-point Likert (1 = strongly disagree, 7 = strongly agree)

Alpha was .95 (Nie et al. 2022, p. 567). Validity was not discussed. The items are worded as momentary states ('at the moment', 'as of now'), so the scale suits situational priming rather than trait measurement.
