5 items 2004 α .89 Free Gomez, M. I., McLaughlin, E. W., & Wittink, D. R.

What it measures

Five six-point items assess a customer's evaluation of pricing value and loyalty card offer quality at a specific grocery store. Items cover overall money value, competitive price comparison, loyalty card special pricing, availability of loyalty card specials, and variety of advertised loyalty items. The scale was embedded in a semi-annual loyalty card customer survey and identified via EFA as a distinct factor.
