Usage notes & scoring

Composite reliability of .79 reported (Cronbach alpha not stated separately). Originally a subscale of the Experiential Value Scale (EVS). Also applied to catalogue shopping and product search contexts. Blanks should be filled with the retailer name; 'Internet site' can be replaced with 'catalog' as appropriate. Included despite CR = .79 falling marginally below the conventional .80 threshold, on the basis of substantial scholarly use (440+ citations).
