Three items measure how entertaining a consumer finds a particular website or catalogue, assessing whether the site is fun, energising, and focused on the customer experience beyond pure transactional efficiency.

Usage notes & scoring

Alpha of .88; composite reliability of .91. Originally a subscale of the Experiential Value Scale (EVS). The scale was also applied to catalogue shopping contexts. Blanks should be filled with the retailer name; 'Internet site' can be replaced with 'catalog' as appropriate.
