Coordination of the Team

What it measures

This scale measures the perceived likelihood that a team's members share common goals and coordinate their efforts effectively. Khan and Kalra (2022) developed and used it in a study on how diversity shapes moral judgments of team behavior.

Usage notes & scoring

Reliability was strong (α = .89; Khan and Kalra 2022, p. 186). The scale was developed by the authors specifically for this study.
