What it measures

This scale measures the degree to which a person believes a particular service provider conducts their work with emotional effort. Khamitov and Puzakova (2022) used the scale, which they referred to as true-to-self brand authenticity, in a Study 7 pretest with 96 participants. The source of the scale was not stated and is assumed to have been created by the authors.
