What it measures
A brief measure of subclinical narcissism — grandiosity, entitlement, exploitativeness, and dominance in the general population rather than Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The 16-item forced-choice format reduces social desirability effects. Widely used in social, personality, and organisational psychology.
