Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire – Short Form

What it measures

Measures trait emotional intelligence — stable dispositions in the emotional domain including emotion identification, expression, regulation, social awareness, and impulsivity control. Trait EI is grounded in personality theory and is distinguished from ability EI (which uses performance tasks).
