What it measures

This scale measures how strongly a person believes the members of a particular team will work together, keep their sense of purpose, and push through setbacks when challenged. Khan and Kalra (2022) used it in Study 1, with a final sample of 140 U.S. MTurk participants, in research on how team diversity shapes judgments of moral behavior.
