This seven-item scale measures how much a person believes that each member of a particular team makes an effort to see issues through their teammates' eyes and weigh their views. Khan and Kalra (2022) used it in three studies on how team diversity shapes judgments of moral behavior. The items are based on Davis's (1980) nine-item perspective-taking measure, with seven of the items reworded to refer to members of a team rather than to an individual.

Alphas were .91 (Study 1), .86 (Study 2), and .85 (Study 4) (Khan and Kalra 2022, pp. 182, 184, 188); validity was not discussed. Based on seven of the nine items in Davis's (1980) perspective-taking measure, rephrased to refer to a team. Items 2 and 5 are reverse-scored. Companion measure from the same study: Persistence of the Team (ID 90465). See also Interpersonal Reactivity Index (ID 16) and Perspective-Taking of the Agent (ID 90476).
