Three items measure the probability that a consumer intends to defect from their current regularly visited place of service or leisure (such as a bar, club, or similar establishment) in favour of a different one. The scale captures active switching intent as distinct from general satisfaction or loyalty, focusing specifically on the transition between places of patronage. One item is reverse-scored to assess strong commitment to staying with the current place.
