Goor et al. (2020) used two- and four-item versions of this scale across four studies with varying focal products, some luxury and some not. Reliability ranged from good to strong depending on version and study. CFA was conducted alongside a related measure of inauthenticity, providing supporting validity evidence. Note: item wording varied slightly between the two- and four-item versions.
