Usage notes & scoring

Alavi et al. (2020) appear to have created this scale themselves, again drawing conceptual inspiration from Zeithaml, Parasuraman, and Berry's (1985) framework distinguishing goods from services. Reliability was strong (α = .85–.92) across two MTurk studies. Validity wasn't explicitly discussed, though AVEs of .67–.79 were reported.
