Measures the degree to which a person believes the physical environment of a specific retail store is of high quality. The scale captures an overall evaluative judgement of the store's physical surroundings rather than any specific attribute such as layout, cleanliness, or decor.

Used by Dagger & Danaher (2014) in Study 1, where items were created by the authors drawing on phrasing and concepts from Brady & Cronin (2001). Alpha = .96; AVE = .89. CFA confirmed good model fit and both convergent and discriminant validities were supported. The high AVE (.89) indicates very strong convergent validity. Although developed in a retail store context, the items could be adapted for other service environments.
