Measures consumer perceptions of the servicescape — the physical environment in which a service is delivered — across ambient conditions, spatial layout, and signs/symbols dimensions. Widely used in hotel, restaurant, healthcare, retail, and leisure service research. The servicescape serves as a quality signal in credence services where quality is difficult to evaluate.
