What it measures

A five-item likert scale designed to measure the degree to which a person believes that a business has professional standards that guide its activities and which the person likes.

Response format

5-point Likert (1=strongly disagree, 5=strongly agree)

Scale items

• seems to have a strong sense of justice.
• appears to try hard to be fair in dealings with others.
• s actions and behaviors are not very consistent. (r)
• I like __________’s values.
• Sound principles seem to guide __________’s behavior.

Usage notes & scoring

Reported alpha coefficients range from .71 to .83 across samples or studies. Convergent and discriminant validity evidence was provided by the original authors.
