Future Idea Submission Intentions

FISIExpressed likelihood of submitting ideas and feedback to a business entity in the future
3 items 2016 α .97–.99 Free Fombelle, P.W., Bone, S.A., & Lemon, K.N.

What it measures

A three-item scale capturing a consumer's stated probability of sharing ideas and providing feedback to a specific business in the future. Fombelle, Bone, and Lemon (2016) labelled the construct 'future idea sharing' and deployed it across four studies examining how firms respond to rejected customer suggestions. The mixed item format — one agreement-anchored statement and two likelihood-anchored questions — reflects the slightly different wording required to assess both declarative intent and probability.
