What it measures

This scale measures how much a consumer expects to feel connected and engaged with a particular store if using its shopping app. Barney et al. (2022) used it, referred to as "environmental interaction," in Study 1 (n = 231) with MTurk volunteers in the United States, developing it by borrowing keywords and phrases from a "consumer-brand interaction" scale by Foster (2010).
