This scale measures how much a person intends to continue flying with a particular airline. Gao and Zhang (2022) used it across five studies on how consumers respond to being demoted in hierarchical loyalty programs. The authors cited Agustin and Singh (2005), but the items differ from that scale, so it is best described as a new measure that drew ideas from their work.
