What it measures

This scale measures how far a customer feels they spend more money and time at a store, and are more loyal to it, than other customers. Li and Fumagalli (2022) used it in Study 1c, with 147 U.S. students recruited through Prolific, and referred to it as customer perceived effort. The source was not stated.
