Three seven-point Likert-type items measure a consumer's intention to patronise a specific retail store, including the likelihood of shopping there and willingness to recommend it to others. The scale has been used in retail environment studies and is closely associated with store atmosphere and service quality antecedents. It has been referred to as willingness to buy and store patronage intention in different studies.
