Seven items measure how committed and emotionally attached a consumer feels toward a particular service provider, as well as their intention to recommend and remain connected to it. Nitzan and Ein-Gar (2019) used the scale in Study 5 with 282 Prolific participants. The scale appears to have been developed by the authors drawing on existing commitment and attachment measures.

Item 3 is reverse-scored. The article describes the scale as having eight items, but the web appendix lists only seven — the discrepancy is unresolved. Item 4 ('I can't imagine myself getting tired of exercising at __________') is context-specific to fitness centres and may need rewording for other service types. Blanks should be filled with the service provider name. See also the companion Branded Product Attachment scale (ID 910) from the same paper.
