Measures a customer's overall evaluation of how well made and high quality a company's products are. Uses three bipolar adjective pairs ranging from poor quality/inferior/poorly made to high quality/superior/well made. Used in Study 2 of research on CSR and price fairness perceptions with 1,703 customers of a large international retailer. The company name should be inserted in the stem. Drawn conceptually from Sweeney and Soutar (2001) and common attitude-toward-product item pools.
