Three items measure the extent to which a consumer wants, considers useful, and would be happy with more precise information about a product. Lembregts and Pandelaere (2019) used the scale in Study 4 with 400 MTurk participants, in a scenario where participants imagined wanting a forthcoming product and a salesperson offered to seek more specific information from the manufacturer.
