3 items 2017 α 0.88 Free Albrecht, C.M., Hattula, S., & Lehmann, D.R.

What it measures

A three-item scale measuring the tendency of a shopper to abandon their primary in-store goal and redirect effort toward other goals during a shopping visit. Adapted from Wrosch et al.'s (2003) goal reengagement subscale. Items are intentionally general; researchers should use instructions to focus participants on the relevant shopping context.
