What it measures

Three items assess the degree to which a consumer finds the content on a web page useful and informative. Bleier, Harmeling, and Palmatier (2019) adapted the scale from Luo (2002) for use in Study 1, with CFA confirming convergent and discriminant validity. AVE was .75 and composite reliability was .90.
