Eight seven-point Likert-type items measure satisfaction with a medically supervised weight loss program, covering both the program itself and the service provider (nurse). Items address decision satisfaction, program design, achieved results, loyalty intention, and relational satisfaction with the supervising nurse. The scale was adapted from classic consumer satisfaction measures for application in a healthcare service context.
