Original to Chen and Wells (1999). Alphas .92 (Chen and Wells 1999) and .81 (Shamdasani et al. 2001). The sixth extracted item ('Compared with other websites, I would rate this one as...') appears to be an incomplete stem rather than a survey item and is excluded from the item count—verify against original article.
