What it measures

Three items assess a consumer's perception that a firm possesses sufficient capability and resources to engage in socially beneficial activities. Jin and He (2018) created the scale for a pilot study with 119 adult U.S. MTurk participants, drawing on frameworks from Lee, Park, and Lee (2013). Validity was not examined.
