PADAPerceived Visual Attractiveness of Product Design
3 items 2017 α .91 Free Kaiser, U., Schreier, M., & Janiszewski, C.

What it measures

A concise measure of how visually attractive and pleasing consumers find the design of a specific product. Three items assess appeal, attractiveness, and overall aesthetic impression using a shared scale stem referring to the product's design. Originally used alongside a task accomplishment pride scale in research on self-expressive product customisation. The product name or description should replace the blank in the scale stem. Despite its brevity, the scale demonstrated strong internal consistency.
